UNLIMITED GOD

Ephesians 3:20 (Darby)
But to him that is able to do far exceedingly above all which we ask or think, according to the power which works in us,

There are only a few things in life that have unlimited capacity but even then, they are creations with no power to do anything life-transforming unlike our God who is not limited in any way, who has no bounds of inability or power. The Lord God is the only being that is unconfined, cannot be restrained and is unrestricted.
Even superheroes are limited and need help sometimes.
“That is able to do exceeding abundantly”—It is impossible to express the full meaning of these words, God is omnipotent, therefore he can do all things, and can do superabundantly above the greatest abundance.
Is there anyone who can doubt this?
“All that we ask or think”—We can ask for anything, every good which God has promised in his word; anything we can think of, or imagine, goods and blessings beyond all that we have either read of, heard or seen: our imagination can go beyond the limits of all human descriptions; we can imagine more than even God has specified in his word, and God can do more for us than we can ask or think.
BUT the Bible says it is according to the power that works in us! —All that he can do, and all that he has promised to do, will be done according to His word, by that power of the Holy Ghost which works strongly in us. The power is not of our strength but the power of the Holy Spirit that dwells in us is the power of the faith at work in us draws on the power of the unlimited and faithful God.
This passage extolls the supreme ability of God to do all the things we think, ask, and imagine, that includes raising the dead as He said in Ezekiel 37:13, rescue from the fire as seen in Daniel 3:17, He can deliver from the lion’s den as in Daniel 6:20-22, He can give sight to the blind as seen in Matthew 9:28-30.
He says in Jude 24 that He can keep us from stumbling
Habakkuk 3:17-18 describes a series of escalating problems. First, the fig tree didn’t blossom. Next, there was no fruit on the vines. Even more critical would be the loss of grain. That would mean starvation for large segments of the population. The final blow would be the loss of the livestock, as this would deprive them not only of food but also of their ability to produce it.
Regardless of how bad it got; Habakkuk was determined to “rejoice in God.” Why? He recognised that God’s unlimited power will prevail over every problem, unlimited as it may seem.
Don’t focus on the bigness of the problem. They may escalate as faster than you can manage, be determined to rejoice in the greatness of God instead of the problems.
God never gives us just enough, He gives in overflow, He’s ELSHADI-MORE THAN ENOUGH, so why ask for just enough?
Whatsoever ye shall ask in my name; says John 14:13. Anything! Everything! No limit! will be granted you.
Philippians 4:19 says God shall supply all your need according to his riches—His unlimited riches, infinite and abundant, more than enough to go round and have spares. EL SHADDAI- the unlimited God.
Shalom
