DIVINE PURPOSE

Acts 26:16 (AMP)
But arise and stand upon your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, that I might appoint you to serve as [My] minister and to bear witness both to what you have seen of Me and to that in which I will appear to you,

What is your purpose here on earth?
Do you understand your spiritual and specific purpose?
We may be one of those who always say things like, I don’t even know my purpose for been here, why am I here, I am not sure of what or who I am.
God does not do anything by chance, truth is, since He created you, he surely has a divine purpose for your life.
Paul had no clue that he was created for the rigorous life he would lead. Created to be a minister to the world and purposed to be a witness and a martyr for Christ. I wonder what his reaction would be if he knew what awaited him and what God’s divine purpose for him would entail.
God is a progressive God, if you hold on to God with everything in you, you will never lose but you have a lot to gain, Hebrews 10:35.
If you follow God faithfully, you get to enjoy the benefits of fellowship and a relationship with him, the Lord had your life mapped out even before your creation and birth, Jeremiah 1:5. God’s divine purpose or plan for us was that we are consecrated, or “set apart,” for preaching God’s word.
God has you secure in His hands, and no plan of the enemy can successfully change or destroy your destiny and purpose without your agreement and participation, Isaiah 49:16, John 10:27.
Even when the enemy thinks he’s got you cornered or boxed in, Romans 8:28 says it will all turn out for your good because it’s all part of God’s divine purpose for you.
As you follow God and surrender fully to His will and yield to His leading, His plans and purpose for your life become revealed to you, not all at once but on a need-to-know basis and according to seasons and maturity. But He will surely reveal to you those things you need to know according to Amos 3:7.
Because of spiritual short-sightedness, and impatience, we make decisions, conclusions and judgement based on present circumstances, what we see, our emotions, and relationships instead of depending on the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit, John 14:26, 16:13.
God has already given us a victorious life by giving us dominion over all things, His purpose is for us to dominate in life, including over the works of His hands, according to Psalm 8:6.
The fulfilment of your destiny is in your hands, God’s word is there to help and empower you, God’s word says everything, you, therefore, have a choice of what to believe, accept and activate. The right words give you revelation and direction towards your divine purpose.
The ability to recognise God’s purpose for your life is wisdom.
Life is in seasons and should be lived by the inspired direction of the Holy Spirit.
If you are unsure what to do with and in your life, DO NOTHING UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM GOD? But be assured that God has a good plan for your life and a purpose for what you do. Jeremiah 29:11.
Shalom
